

Affiliate Terms & Conditions
ICFUNDED AFFILIATE TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Affiliate Terms & Conditions govern participation in the IC Funded Affiliate Program. By applying for, joining, or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
1.1 Affiliate
An individual or entity approved by IC Funded to promote IC Funded services.
1.2 Affiliate Program
The partnership program allowing affiliates to promote IC Funded services in exchange for commissions.
1.3 Customer
A person who purchases an IC Funded challenge through an Affiliate tracking link, coupon code, or other approved attribution method.
1.4 Challenge Fee
The retail price paid by a customer for an IC Funded evaluation challenge.
1.5 Discount
Any coupon code or promotional reduction applied to a challenge purchase.
1.6 Net Revenue
The Challenge Fee minus any applicable discount.
Example:
Challenge price = $500
Discount = 10%
Net Revenue = $450
Affiliate commissions are calculated based on Net Revenue.
1.7 Restricted Jurisdictions
Countries where IC Funded does not offer services, including but not limited to the United States and any other jurisdictions restricted by law, regulation, sanctions, or internal company policy.
2. Eligibility and Approval
Participation in the IC Funded Affiliate Program is subject to review and approval by IC Funded.
IC Funded reserves the right to approve or reject any Affiliate application at its sole discretion.
Applicants may be required to provide:
- valid government identification
- accurate contact details
- verified promotional channels
- social media or website information
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates agree to promote IC Funded in a professional, lawful, and ethical manner.
Affiliates must not:
- misrepresent IC Funded services
- make misleading financial claims
- guarantee trading profits
- present themselves as representatives or employees of IC Funded
4. Prohibited Marketing Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Bidding on IC Funded brand keywords through PPC advertising
- Creating websites that impersonate or replicate IC Funded branding
- Registering domains confusingly similar to IC Funded trademarks
- Sending spam, unsolicited communications, or misleading advertising
- Promoting IC Funded services in Restricted Jurisdictions
- Using fraudulent, automated, or incentivized traffic sources
- Engaging in any conduct that may damage the reputation of IC Funded
5. Affiliate Revenue Share Structure
Affiliate commissions are determined based on monthly Net Revenue generated by referred customers.
Bronze: $0 – $7,500 → 10%
Silver: $7,500 – $30,000 → 12.5%
Gold: $30,000 – $75,000 → 14%
Platinum: $75,000+ → 15%
First Purchase Commission
The first challenge purchase made by a referred customer will generate commission based on the Affiliate's monthly tier as shown above.
Recurring Commission
Beginning with the second purchase and any subsequent purchases made by the same customer, the Affiliate will receive a 2% commission on Net Revenue generated from those purchases.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is $200.
6.2 Payment Frequency
Payments are processed on a monthly basis.
6.3 Payment Methods
Payments will be made through payment methods approved by IC Funded.
6.4 Payment Review
IC Funded reserves the right to delay or adjust payments if fraudulent activity is suspected or abnormal traffic patterns are detected.
7. Fraud and Abuse
IC Funded maintains a strict anti-fraud policy.
Fraudulent activities include but are not limited to:
- self-referrals
- bot traffic
- fake or duplicate accounts
- manipulation of tracking systems
- abuse of promotional codes
IC Funded may suspend affiliate accounts, reverse commissions, or terminate participation where fraudulent activity is detected.
8. Marketing Content and Brand Protection
Affiliates may use IC Funded marketing materials only as provided or approved by IC Funded.
Affiliates may not:
- alter IC Funded logos or trademarks
- create derivative branding
- imply endorsement beyond the affiliate relationship
IC Funded may require prior approval of marketing materials to ensure regulatory compliance and brand protection.
8.1 Public Conduct and Non-Disparagement
The Affiliate agrees that at all times during and after participation in the Affiliate Program, they shall not:
- make, publish, or distribute any statements (including on social media, forums, websites, or any public platform) that are false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful to the reputation of IC Funded;
- engage in any public conduct that may damage or negatively affect the brand, reputation, or business interests of IC Funded;
- disclose or misrepresent any internal matters, commercial terms, or disputes related to IC Funded in a public manner.
Any breach of this clause shall be considered a material violation and shall entitle IC Funded to:
- immediately terminate the Affiliate relationship without notice;
- cancel or withhold any pending or unpaid commissions;
- void any outstanding balances.
9. Affiliate Website Responsibilities
Affiliates are solely responsible for the operation and content of their promotional platforms.
Affiliate websites must:
- comply with applicable laws and regulations
- clearly disclose the affiliate relationship
- avoid misleading financial promotions
10. Confidentiality
Affiliates must treat all non-public information related to IC Funded as confidential.
Confidential information includes but is not limited to:
- financial data
- business strategies
- operational processes
- commission structures
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of this Agreement.
11. Termination
IC Funded reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without notice, and at its sole and absolute discretion. IC Funded may cancel or withhold commissions and void balances.
For the avoidance of doubt, IC Funded reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate relationship and withhold all pending commissions in cases involving reputational harm, public misconduct, or breach of non-disparagement obligations.
Following termination, IC Funded reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- cancel pending commissions
- withhold unpaid commissions
- void any outstanding affiliate balances
Upon termination the Affiliate must immediately cease all promotional activity and remove IC Funded branding and affiliate links.
12. Limitation of Liability
IC Funded shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of marketing investment, or loss of business opportunities resulting from participation in the Affiliate Program.
13. Indemnification
The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless IC Funded from any claims arising from unlawful marketing activity, regulatory violations, or intellectual property infringement.
14. Independent Contractor Relationship
Affiliates operate as independent contractors.
Nothing in this Agreement creates:
- employment
- partnership
- joint venture
- agency relationship
15. Amendments
IC Funded reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IC Funded operates.
17. Influencer-Specific Provisions
Where the Affiliate operates as an influencer or has a significant audience, the following additional terms apply:
- All promotional content must align with IC Funded brand and compliance standards.
- Content may require pre-approval prior to publication.
- The Affiliate must not associate IC Funded with controversial, misleading, or high-risk narratives.
- The Affiliate acknowledges that their public profile directly impacts IC Funded’s reputation.
IC Funded reserves the right to:
- request removal of any content;
- suspend campaigns;
- terminate the relationship immediately if reputational risk is identified.
All influencer activity must remain professional and aligned with financial marketing regulations.
